Ive lived in Vancouver, enjoying the vast electronic scene that is happening there. Sometime in the mid ‘90s, while he was still in high school, a group of friends asked him to go out to the club with them. DHL found himself at the Edge in Fort Lauderdale immersed in dancing lights, thumping music, and the feeling of radiating energy from the crowd.  All he could think was, “This is AWESOME!”  It was from that night he was hooked. Shortly after that, he started spinning records and cut his teeth on Breaks, but quickly found pleasure in experimenting with all forms of EDM.  DHL says:ay I have a favorite genre is kinda silly.  I like all forms of EDM for their individual aspects and feelings they evoke.  nt styles ultimately take you to the same place, but with each one, the journey is different. ” DHL does however have favorite styles he likes to play and those are House, Tech House, Techno, and Minimal.  The bottom line is that EDM excites DHL because the music is always new and changing.  Even though the basic structure is the same, the variations and twists of how a set is put together makes it exhilarating. DHL tends to go with the crowd for finding what’s good, but he tends to like good, established producers.  Some of his favorites include Richie Hawtin, Timo Maas and Roger Sanchez, just to name a few.

Hi, my name is Kristof De Pauw, DJ name Kris Fowl (formerly known as Xzof)     I started playing in a club of groovelives in Valencia, Spain, in 2007. I was there 3 months for school and was already into music for a long time, I decided to spread some demo's there and after a month I got an email from groovelives telling that I could play in their club.   After comming to Belgium I started playing in The Tube (popeye club) in Aalst, I became resident DJ together with Caroline Boia and Katzo, we also played at the Factory Aalst, Toekoer and some other clubs in Aalst.   In june 2010 me and Caroline Boia got the chance to go to Corfu and played in Edem club, on Dassia Beach, the club of Christos Marcos! We played a 5 hour set on a saturday night and had an awesome time!

He startet already at the age of 16 in greece where he premiered at a tiny bar called spinning records. But his later move to Germany for study reasons didn’t leave him much time for his spinning hobby. So that by the end of 2010, he decided to connect again full contact – various big scale events invited him to perform: greenkom cgn, rudeboy cgn, 321festival netherlands, Blue-Onyx club hamburg, Club 136° Hamburg and inches frankurt are only the start yet. His sets are influenced by various styles as there are for example techhouse, tribal, and progressive, while electro and trance elements are his icing on the cake. Costa Colorados Germany career started in October 2011 at the Blue-Onyx afterhour club (fabulous events). A week later, the management of Green Komm Cologne booked him right away for December 2011. Shortly later, again, the management of an upcoming big scale festival in the netherlands invited him to perform. Those two bookings mark the high so far, let’s see where Costa Colorado gets next. Now, in 2012, Costa Colorado plans to update his vibe some more into the direction of electro and trance. He will also focus on producing his own tracks. His ever-growing community of fans can’t wait to hear more from him.
